At Haiku Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our eco-friendly home furnishings. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the item back to our designated warehouse facility, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
